He is hardworking with excellent communication skills, dependable and committed to getting each job done quickly, efficiently and safely.  He is a skilled problem solver who thinks on his feet and comes up with the best solution quickly and efficiently for all of our customers and motor clubs.

Mitch is a motivated tow truck driver with 3 years of experience in truck driving.  He is a skilled tow truck driver, preforming vehicle inspections and providing excellent roadside assistants. Excellent customer relations, planning and organizational skills. He effectively works in any weather condition or with any type of scenario to tow customers and motor club vehicles.

Stephanie is a diligent tow truck dispatcher with 3+ years of experience managing our fleet of tow trucks, responding to customers request and providing timely service. She has fantastic communications and customer service skills. Resourcefully re-routing drivers when needed due to traffic delays or other considerations.
